: JobID: 19978 Position Type: Technology Date Posted: 12/4/2025 Location: Educational Service Center of Central Ohio District: ESC of Central Ohio - website Description: Administrative Assistant for the Center for Technology and Digital Learning to assist with calls and questions for Technology and Digital Learning programs and services, data collection, reporting requirements, data entry, and other duties as assigned. This position requires a self-assured individual who can resolve problems, react appropriately to changing conditions in a fast-paced environment, and generally promote a favorable image of the Center for Technology and Digital Learning. This position requires intermediate to advanced Excel skills. Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Strong organizational, planning, and project management skills
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Ability to compute mathematical data accurately
• Strong multi-tasking ability and problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated proficiency in office protocol and the use of information technology systems
• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry, spelling, proofreading, and the correct use of grammar
• Demonstrated proficiency in the use of office and/or other management information software
• Collaborative disposition among co-workers and clients
• Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
• Post-secondary training in secretarial, office management, or related field desired
• Demonstrated proficiency in fiscal management and budget processes preferred
• Complies with drug-free workplace rules and board policies

Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

• Manage logistics for training sessions, events, and presentations
• Organize and maintain office transaction records
• Compose correspondence, memos, notes, forms, etc.
• Assist with data collection and analysis
• Perform other specific job-related duties as directed
