$75,000 $150,000 ANNUAL EARNING POTENTIAL
PAID TRAINING FULL BENEFITS MULTIPLE OPENINGS
Income depends on performance and the dealership's compensation plan.
PAID TRAINING: OCTOBER 12 15, 2026
MONDAY THROUGH THURSDAY-100% ATTENDANCE REQUIRED
Professional automotive sales education through National Automotive Training Academy (NATA) and College of Automotive Management (CAM) , with sales certification upon successful completion of required coursework.
YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO START MONDAY, OCTOBER 12.
This hiring class requires immediate availability. We cannot accommodate a two-week notice or delayed start.
WE WANT PEOPLE WHO WILL:
Sell new and pre-owned vehicles in person and online.
Respond to internet leads and follow up with urgency.
Create engaging short videos and approved social media content.
Get comfortable on camera and turn customer interest into appointments.
Follow the process, accept coaching, and work toward clear sales goals.
Show up prepared, on time, and ready to perform.
REQUIREMENTS:
Clean background and clean, valid driver's license; screening required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
Willingness to appear on camera and create dealership content.
Availability for the dealership's sales schedule.
Full attendance throughout all four training days-no late arrivals, early departures, or missed sessions.
SALES EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS-DRIVE AND COACHABILITY ARE ESSENTIAL.
Virtual interviews must be scheduled in advance. Be on time and ready to explain why you belong on this team.
