Position Overview
We are seeking a very senior UX/UI Developer with strong UI design skills, hands-on front-end development experience, and exposure to AI-enabled applications. The candidate will design user interfaces and develop production-ready front-end code for next-generation AI-powered legal applications.

Tailwind CSS is no longer required.
Strong UI development and design skills are the top priorities.
Candidates must have English as their first language.
Candidates must come from large enterprise companies.
No freelancers, advertising agency professionals, or candidates working for their own companies.
Strong employment tenure and recent local project experience are required.
Candidates must be available for full-time employment from day one.
Required Skills
Extensive professional experience in UX/UI design and hands-on front-end development.
Strong HTML and vanilla JavaScript skills.
Experience designing and building responsive, accessible user interfaces.
Experience with server-rendered applications and template-based component systems.
Expertise in reusable UI components, design systems, style guides, and consistent user experiences.
Experience with Git, code reviews, and CI/CD; Azure DevOps is preferred.
Experience collaborating with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
AI-related experience, preferably with AI-enabled applications and workflows.
Strong portfolio demonstrating both UI design and production development.
Preferred Skills
HTMX or Datastar.
AI-powered document review or workflow applications.
High-density data tables, document management, approval workflows, and source-linked findings.
WCAG accessibility standards and cross-browser testing
