Pico is the founder of the firm and has been licensed to practice law in New Jersey since 1984. She has also been licensed to practice law in New York, for over 30 years. The firm is engaged in the general practice of law, concentrating in the areas of all matters relating to Residential and Commercial Real Estate including Closings, Contracts, Elder Law, Estate Planning including Wills and Trusts, Probate Matters, and Estate Litigation.
